Basic registration and project-posting applications are currently free. Project payments are arranged directly; optional platform support is agreed separately.

01 / PROJECT WORK

Project fees: pay your provider

  1. Compare quotations and confirm the contracting and receiving parties.
  2. Agree scope, currency, timing and payment terms in writing.
  3. Pay directly as agreed and retain invoices, delivery and acceptance records.

51JOB does not collect or hold project funds, offer wallet top-ups, automatically deduct commission or provide withdrawals.

We first confirm availability, scope, total price, taxes and cancellation terms. You then decide whether to proceed. Online charging and automatic renewal are not currently available.

Is posting a brief free?

Basic registration and project-posting applications are currently free. Optional personal assistance is scoped and quoted before you decide to buy it.

Who receives project payments?

Clients pay providers directly. 51JOB does not collect or hold project funds. A quotation or recorded status does not prove payment.

Can I upload private files on-site?

Private attachments are not currently available on-site. Use a mutually agreed sharing method restricted to named recipients, with confidentiality and retention arrangements.

What if there is a delivery or refund issue?

First raise the issue with your provider and use the relevant payment channel’s process. 51JOB cannot reverse payments it did not process. Contact 51JOB about its own services; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
