试运营Privacy Policy｜Beta privacy policy
更新日期：2026年10月2日。本政策说明51JOB.COM.AU（“51JOB”）在提供中澳专业服务查找、项目合作记录与本地工作信息期间如何处理个人信息。平台当前处于试运营阶段；本政策随实际功能和数据处理安排更新。隐私咨询、更正、删除及投诉请联系51jobau@outlook.com。
1. 我们可能收集的信息｜Information we may collect
- 账户资料：姓名、邮箱、城市、语言、账户类型和Sign In安全信息；
- 服务商或企业资料：公司名称、技能、作品、资质、验证记录和收款主体名称；
- 项目与工作资料：项目简报、职位、报价、里程碑、消息、文件、评价和争议证据；
- 技术与安全资料：IP地址、设备和浏览器信息、Cookie、Sign In及操作日志；
- 联系与支持资料：用户提交的咨询、投诉、更正或删除请求。
除非51JOB通过专门的安全流程明确要求，请勿上传护照、完整身份证件、银行卡、密码、健康资料、客户完整数据库或其他不必要的敏感信息。
2. 信息来源｜How information is collected
信息可能由用户直接提供、由其授权的企业或团队提供、在平台交易过程中生成，或在合法和许可范围内从公开来源取得。对外部工作机会，51JOB应尽量只保留必要的事实、来源和原始链接，并提供更正和移除渠道。
3. 使用目的｜Why we use information
- 创建账户、展示资料并提供搜索、匹配、消息和项目管理功能；
- 核验企业、服务商、项目或工作机会的特定事实；
- 整理项目需求、比较报价，并记录合作约定、交付和验收状态；本地工具不自动翻译，也不自动发布或发送填写内容；
- 处理支持、投诉、退款或争议；
- 防止诈骗、滥用和安全事件，并遵守适用法律；
- 经同意发送与账户、项目或服务有关的通知。
面向用户的AI需求生成工具当前关闭，本地项目工具不会把填写内容发送给AI服务。站内私密附件上传当前也未开放。合作记录用于记录约定和交付，不验证实际付款。如日后启用涉及外部AI处理的新功能，平台会先更新说明，并在相关提交页面明确处理内容、接收方及用户选择。
4. 共享与跨境处理｜Sharing and overseas processing
为完成用户选择的项目，必要资料可能与项目客户、雇主、服务商或团队共享。若澳大利亚客户选择Chinese Teams，相关资料可能在中国被访问或接收。网站运行还涉及托管、邮件和安全服务。联系表单发送至51jobau@outlook.com，并由Outlook邮件服务处理；有关供应商可能在澳大利亚以外处理信息。平台当前不代收或保管项目款，AI需求生成工具未开放。
51JOB将根据实际集成情况更新主要服务商和处理国家清单。在适用澳大利亚隐私原则（APPs）的情况下，51JOB会采取合理步骤管理海外接收方，并按APP 5和APP 8说明可能的海外披露。跨境项目默认应采用最小权限、测试与生产分离、访问留痕和项目结束撤权。
5. 公开资料｜Public profiles and listings
用户选择公开的姓名或企业名、城市、技能、头像、作品、项目、评价和验证徽章可能被搜索引擎和境外访客看到。请勿把私人电话、微信、住址或身份证件放入公开页面。用户可申请修改、隐藏或删除公开资料，但依法必须保留的交易或安全记录除外。
6. Cookie与第三方内容｜Cookies and third parties
网站使用必要Cookie维持Sign In、安全和偏好。聊天、反垃圾及第三方嵌入内容可能按照相关服务商的政策处理数据。本地项目工具不调用AI，也不提供在线付款。启用非必要追踪前，平台应说明用途并提供适当的选择。
7. 保存期限｜Retention
资料只在提供服务、履行合同、处理争议、防止欺诈、满足税务或法律义务所合理需要的期间保存。外部职位应设置复核或到期时间；项目结束后应撤销第三方访问，并按记录保存要求删除或去标识不再需要的文件。
8. 安全与数据泄露｜Security and data breaches
51JOB采用与风险相称的访问控制、更新、备份、日志和最小权限措施，但任何在线系统都无法保证绝对安全。若发生可能造成严重伤害的数据泄露，51JOB将评估事件并在适用时按照澳大利亚Notifiable Data Breaches制度通知受影响人员和OAIC。
9. 访问、更正、删除与投诉｜Your choices and complaints
你可以请求访问或更正51JOB持有的个人信息，申请删除非必要资料，撤回非必要营销同意，或投诉隐私处理方式。请写明账户邮箱和请求内容，但不要通过普通邮件发送身份证件，除非我们先提供安全验证方式。
联系：51jobau@outlook.com。我们会确认收到请求并在合理时间内答复。若问题未解决，你可能有权向Office of the Australian Information Commissioner投诉。
10. 儿童、留学生与工作权利｜Young users and students
51JOB面向能够合法订立相关安排的用户。未满18岁者应由家长或监护人协助。留学生或其他签证持有人应向澳大利亚政府核对当前签证条件；51JOB不会仅凭账户资料判断工作权利，也不提供移民意见。
11. 政策更新｜Updates
我们会随着平台功能、供应商和法律要求更新本政策，并在本页标明日期。影响个人信息处理方式的重大变化会在合理情况下另行通知。

Text processing by the optional AI brief tool
The AI bilingual brief tool is optional and becomes available to selected accounts after administrator configuration. This module sends the project requirements you enter to OpenAI only after you tick the confirmation and submit. It does not send your 51JOB password or account profile. The server API key authenticates the request and is not part of the project text. Do not enter identity documents, passwords, keys, private contact details or confidential information you are not authorised to share. Results are for your review and copying; they are not automatically published or sent to providers. This module does not write input or output text to the WordPress database or persistent browser storage. It records call counts, account IDs and the latest call time for the current UTC day to enforce limits; these records reset on the first call of a new day. Uncopied drafts may be lost when you refresh or leave. OpenAI may process text outside Australia. Retention depends on applicable API terms and account settings; do not assume zero retention. You can choose the local brief helper instead of AI.
Cooperation record data
When you use My cooperation records, 51JOB stores participant account IDs, cooperation terms, update notes, status and timestamps. Participants can view and download the record; administrators may access it for operations or issue resolution. This feature does not read bank details, verify actual payments or send content to AI services.
Enter only information needed for the cooperation. Do not upload or paste passwords, identity documents or bank details. Use the contact page to request a copy, correction or deletion; the platform will review the records and the involvement of the other participant before responding.
